This Alfa Romeo Sprint 1.5 quadrifoglio verde is currently for sale on nettiauto.com for 1300€ (about $1789). It's had some rust spots welded and it is completely drivable with some work to be done on the electrics.

One does not simply "Do some work" on an Alfa's electrics, or so I've been told. The same with rust repair.

Surely it's not too bad since it's in drivable condition. Choosing an old Alfa with electrical problems as your first own project car might be the worst decision ever though.

Yes there is, from Stockholm to Turku or Helsinki. But if going by cruise ship beware: a lot more drunken people than your average 'murican cruise.
